Brief History
Anthem is committed to helping improve the health and wellness of all Hoosiers. Because many communities across Indiana are experiencing a high amount of infant mortality, domestic abuse, obesity, homelessness, substance use disorder, suicide, and other health issues, we began looking for unique opportunities that would help address the needs of the communities we serve.
Anthem focused on partnering with the faith community because they are trusted entities who provide spiritual refuge, support, and assistance during times of need. We decided to organize and sponsor a yearly event with faith leaders and other community organizations across the state to help improve the physical, mental, social, and spiritual health of all Hoosiers.
