 Thresette is the Chief Performance Officer of Performance 3 (P3), an M/WBE and WOSB certified national leadership development firm based in Indianapolis, Indiana, with offices in Roanoke, VA.

Thresette serves in local and national leadership roles, including the National Association of Women Business Owners (NAWBO) board of directors, and owns two services registered with the United States Patent and Trademark Office. She received her BBA from Wichita State University and MBA from Indiana Wesleyan University.
